At the time of booking, a deposit is collected for all first time clients. This is to ensure that in the event of a no show, the service provider is duly compensated. Any cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. We understand sometimes life happens, with communication we offer a one time courtesy reschedule at no extra cost for another date of your choice. all other cancellations are subject to 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation
